Sharon - Physiotherapist

Sharon is an experienced physiotherapist with excellent diagnostic and treatment skills. She has worked in the Tasman Region for 13 years in clinics and in the community – in gyms, pools, workplaces and clients’ homes.

Sharon began her physiotherapy journey with an interest in massage and quickly diversified. She initially focussed on acute and persistent back and neck issues, becoming a skilled Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy clinician (McKenzie Method). Sharon has expanded her skills to have an understanding of a wide range of conditions, diagnostic tools and manual therapy skills. Her work in workplace and community based rehabilitation has provided experience working in with clinicians of other codes, and brought a particular focus on ensuring clients are in the right treatment pathway – referring for x-rays and ultrasound, to hospital departments, private specialists and ACC funded programmes as needed.

Sharon has a particular interest is providing clients with tools – exercises and advice – they can continue to use to ensure their best ongoing rehab outcome, supplemented with excellent hands on treatment skills.

Ms. Leah Bullock-Lindegger - Physiotherapist

Leah - Physiotherapist

Leah graduated from the Otago University with distinction in 2024. She is experienced with musculoskeletal conditions and has a keen focus on acute sports injuries which led her to practice as a rugby sports medic for teams in Dunedin and Nelson, including the Tasman Mako U18 Wahine in 2024.

With an interest in hypermobility/Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and soft tissue mobilisation, combined with a background of massage Leah entered the field of physiotherapy.

Leah’s hobbies bring a knowledge of dance, horse riding, Pilates and gym, together with her physiotherapy skills is motivated to provide clients with holistic and patient-centred care.
